Edward Chen - Principal

Edward Chen, CPA, is a Principal at RBSM LLP. Edward has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and auditing services for companies in a wide variety of industries. Edward performs audits and reviews of both publicly traded and privately held companies in the following industries – manufacturing, financial Services, whole sales and retail sales, government contractors, transportation, hospital networks and nursing homes, not-for-profits and employee benefit plans. Edward focuses on delivering superior auditing, accounting, due diligence and consulting services to the clients he serves.

Edward is an active member of the New York State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
