Shelly has more than eight years of experience in public accounting providing a broad range of audit and management consulting services. Before joining RBSM LLP, Shelly worked for a global consulting firm in Washington, DC and in the Taiwan office of a “Big Four” accounting firm. Shelly joined RBSM LLP in 2001. Shelly’s services are primarily concentrated on audit and other assurance related engagements rendered to public entities registered with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as private equity portfolio companies.
