Anil has over twenty years of experience in public accounting providing a broad range of audit and tax consulting services. Anil started his career in 1987 where he worked in Arthur Andersen & Company International Corporate Tax Department for four years. Later Anil started his own niche practice which he later merged in July 2002 into RBSM where he joined as a Partner. Anil has extensive international tax experience and oversees the tax department of RBSM as well as performing attest services for RBSM’s public and non-public clients.
Recent Services Rendered:
- Financial and tax advisory services related to a privately held apparel and technology companies addressing issues in transfer pricing analysis and tax compliance services for both onshore and off shore operations.
- Assurance services related to financial reporting of the target operating company for the proxy filing and reverse acquisition into a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Corp).
- Financial and tax advisory services related to a privately held global offshore software development company in the sale of its sale to a foreign publicly listed acquirer.
